I'm doing this water therapy last last year so I was really skinny . But I stopped it and I ate lots of food, I feel like I'm really hungry after an hour, after I eat, rather. (of course, after I decided to stop my water therapy. I guess, that time, I enjoyed only drinking water but now I want to do it again hehe. What do you think about that?

I think you cannot do it forever and you have to eat at some point in time. The reason for water therapy is to cleanse your body of toxins and water can do that. But you cannot starve your body without food so you need to still eat at some point in time.

i think increasing water intake is generally good, but i think changing your diet is just as important.
