Weekend Fun, and Only 9 Days Until I'm Married!

Hey everyone! I hope you are all OK. Thought I would tell you about my awesome weekend. My big sister @dorypanda booked an escape room for four of us (the other two people were my nephew's girlfriend (I'll call her AM) and my sister's mother-in-law to whom I shall refer as P). The reason for the escape room was for part of my hen do (at least, that's the excuse Dory used! ). We did a room called 'Worlds Collide', which is a Doctor Who themed room. P had not been to an escape room before but the rest of us had done other ones. The room was awesome. We worked very well as a team, finishing the room with almost 8 minutes to spare. We had the best time of the day, and were even good enough to make the monthly leader board! Our team name (which I chose) was 'Jammy Dodgers' After the escape room, I treated everyone to ice-cream. We then went to Pret-A-Mange for lunch. That was OK. Afterwards, AM and P went home while Dory and I went for a cocktail before seeing a show at a local theatre. We went to see 'Anything for Love - the Meatloaf Story' by Steve Steinman, with special guest star Lorraine Crosby. We had an excellent night, with drinks and music, and had a few pictures taken with the cast afterwards. I was quite tired yesterday but, at least, I could have a lie in! Yesterday, I just spent the day mostly watching 'Blacklist' with my other half in between odd jobs. It is now only 9 days until I get married so I am quite excited about that! I'm sure I'll be back to tell you all about it!
