The Best Lip Balm You Used

I just recently ran out of lip balms few days ago and I am just using the regular vaseline petroleum jelly as I am still undecided which lip balm I am going to try next. I have used Nivea lip balms all my life. I have used a few of their line which has colors or tint but I realized I would need protection when I am out, I live in a tropical country by the way that means I would need something that has SPF. I was not that diligent about putting on balms before and it is just recently that I am concern about my dark pigmentation around my lips and I am desperately wanting to remove that. The recent one I have used is Nivea's Med Repair that has SPF 15. It is good though as it helps with the moisture containment and it slightly lightened the dark ring around my lips. I would like to ask some recommendations if you have the same concern with mine and I would like to ask specific lip balm brands you can suggest so I can shop on them the soonest possible, thanks.
