October 10, 2019 10:35am CST
Hello everyone, I hope you're doing good Since last night I have been feeling really lonely and sad, I don't know what to do to feel better, I've tried watching funny videos, singing along to songs I like...rest, but there's something that keeps botering me and even makes me cry, I don't know what is happening I just feel really bad. I really hope everyone has a great day today.

I am sorry you are feeling sad and I hope you begin to feel better soon. Perhaps going for a walk will help.

@samysotelo18 I know that walking has helped me. Especially if there is a nice breeze. It also helps me to see the animals around and be able to pet some of them.

I totally agree. When we let too many things go, it can make us feel worse.

I thought so too but I had my period earlier this month so It can't be that...I would feel better if it was that tho, at least there would be a reasonable reason for these feelings

The sadness will leave you and not because I say so its because we always look and reach out for the sun instead. Wishing you a happier day ahead.

Try buying and eating a box of dark chocolate, dark chocolate contain endophrins that help fight depression or that depressing feeling.

@samysotelo18 Yes I have bad depression. The only that helps is walking outside or sometimes a movie. I hope you will find something to take your mind off.

Hi Samayda, I'm sorry to hear that, I struggled through this same thing most of my life too. Two years ago I discovered something I could have used many years ago. This is so easy too. There is a proven connection between Physiology and Psychology. Think of a time when you made a plan or a goal and you were successful and try to remember not just how you felt, but most important what was your physiology (Your physical stance, position of your head, shoulders, arms etc.. As much as you can remember... It has been proven to work. I say for short... "Stand Differently". For a MUCH, MUCH better explanation of this, see David Snyder on Youtube. Let me know if this helps, I am totally curious about things like this... Standing on that same position or as close as you can for just a few minutes works for me.

I am sorry you feel this way and hope you are feeling better now. I have days like this. I give myself permission to rest and not think too hard and make sure I get enough rest and eat healthy. So many components can contribute to how one feels emotionally.
