What a humid Saturday!

Since this afternoon, it has been pretty hot even though the sun is partially hiding behind the clouds. and now, thunder begins to rumble and it has rained shortly, making the whole surrounding much hotter. I am mylotting while cooking salmon belly. the advantage of cooking with an electric stove is that, it takes time before your food gets cooked or the pan gets hot. So you can still do some stuff while cooking. what is your breakfast/dinner for today?

It is sunny this morning, pretty cold, but it will warm up during the day. I made banana bread for breakfast.

oh banana bread. how do you prepare it by the way? do bananas have to be very ripe?

@Janet357 Yes, banana have to be ripe, you mix flour, sugar, eggs the ripe bananas, a bit of cinnamon and baking powder, it's very good.

@LadyDuck hmm whats the difference between flour and baking powder. sorry i have not baked yet i just buy bread but i want to make my own.
