Yes I do. I try to weekly or more often if possible. Don't want it getting messed up, then I won't know what to do. Have a great day my friend.

You do know that it's one thing to clean up your computer of spyware and another thing to delete your Temps and Cookies.
Thanks for replying.

I do delete those files every few days or so. By keeping them in your computer, it slows your computer down. The more you have in there the slower it will be.

I do not have a computer to delete "Cookies" or "Temporary Internet Files". But, when I go on my mom's computer...she uses Norton and that cleans up all the junk collected through out the day.
And, at the end of the day before I turn off the computer I clean the junk up by doing a fast clean sweep!! That's the way to go!

I have Norton System Works. With it, there is a program that does clean up. One can program it to do it upon shut down, but I prefer to do it myself. And I do it every night before I shut down my computer to empty all the junk I have accumulated throughout the day. :)
But I don't dump the cookies I have indicated it to always keep. That way, I do not always have to log in...like on myLot! :)

You're right about cookies.
As for Temps, i'm using System Mechanic to clean my computer and the program does indeed a good job.
Thanks for replying.

I use Mozilla Firefox and I have it set where it asks me when I close out my browser if I want to delete my cookies and temporary internet files before closing. I usually do every time I get off of the internet.
