Anyone who is considering buying property should be sure that they are comfortable paying the monthly payment or installments and are able to set aside cash that is sufficient to pay at least 6 month to 1 year. I am personally considering that before buying process, we must be ensure that prepared for the possibility, do not over borrow, and only buy properties you can comfortably afford. Agree with above statement. Got any experience buying proprieties.
