Fever and exam..

My little one is not feeling well she has fever since last night and today is her science paper...
She had drowsy eyes and temperatured body still I had to send her .
I wrote a note for her teacher to plz take care of her ...
Though it's a 2.5 hours paper she will come soon but still I am worried for her.
I hope the fever lowers as I dosed a fever syrup to her.
