Break downs :(

It's really hard to deal with break downs. I'm having break downs twice a week and rarely thrice a week.
Have you felt this too? Like you don't know what you should do and the only thing you know is to cry.. cry in silence.
It's really sad because my parents, friends and other relatives think that I'm a strong and happy person but deep inside..they don't know that I'm gradually killing inside.
Too much school activities plus problems in house.
I really feel like my brain is draining haha! seriously. But you know, I don't have a choice but to finish my study. I know that studying is easy but in our school? It's a NO.
I really wish that all of this difficulties in school and in my life are worth it at the end of the day.

I feel the same way for the past few months. There are times that I'd just cry at night for no apparent reason.

A little bit but what pressures me a lot is my school where I'm studying, I want to become one of the dean's lister in our school so I have to study so so so so hard to reach that goal. Cause you know, I want to show to persons who humiliate me that I am a top student and also make my parents proud.

I think you are taking the things too seriously and exposing yourself to lot of anxiety and tension! These things do happen when we are n school and all we need to tackle such situations is to take them coolly and act on them. Avoid unnecessary tensions and approach the things with positive attitude! All the best!

I have to take it serious because if I don't my grades will fail because you know my professors are picky in activities you will, they will give you a high grade if they will really like what you've done. Thank you, I'm trying to be Optimist despite of those works. Whe

I don't understand a breakdown - you would cry with a feeling of surrender?

@raveeen oh, I see that crying is an outlet for you to relieve yourself of tension.

You need to see a specialist before it's too late.

I do understand, you have a lot on your plate right now.... but trust me, soon all your troubles will pass and you will be blessed.
I can really co-relate to your situation, I had similar problem, most of the people around me always considered me strong, it's tough breaking down in front of anyone

We all go through hard seasons in life but the blessings is that seasons change and life changes its not always gonna be peaches and cream but we have to roll with the punches and take the good with the bad and make the best of it.

it can be hard sometimes, but it's all going to be worth it one day. try to set your priorities and focus on what's the most important to you. try meditating or even ask someone for help, maybe some medical help to stress less. you got this, good luck
