morality and law

morality is more and more important and necessary than law. law is written in the paper and obeyed to be implemented by the governing group but morality is written in the minds of specific community. Morality is accepted by all members of that specific society and if someone disrespect the morality law he/she will be ignored and have some punishment by that society. what is your view about morality and law?
