My husband made a spectacular breakfast this morning. I wish I had taken a photo of it. My sister-in-law came over and helped eat up all the food and still we had some left. On the menu was - sausage, sausage gravy, biscuits, ham slices, scrambled eggs, and hash browns. I couldn't believe it. When he cooks he doesn't want anyone around so we had no idea what we would end up with. It was a smorgasbord delight. I could only eat part of the foods he had made but enjoyed them fully. I love when he cooks breakfast. What was on your menu for breakfast this morning.

@HazySue I try to distribute over two or three meals, because I have hard time eating too much at the same time.

That sounds like a good breakfast. Mine was my usual breakfast - bananas, eggs, potato, and steak. I had two bananas instead of one because I've been having bad leg cramps lately. I was almost afraid I wouldn't be able to get to church this morning.

We have a breakfast every now and then like that. It is always him cooking it. I can't for the life of me cook an edible egg.

After that breakfast we were content to have our regular cereal, or yogurt or protein drink for the rest of the time.
