Reset

Sometimes you just have to disconnect and regroup. Life can be overwhelming at times. When you're pulled in different directions, it can become exhausting. Stand back, inhale, exhale, relax and refocus.

this is true. when you are associated with bad people, better leave them.

Negative people can be draining. The best thing to do is to disconnect from them and get balanced.

I've always believed in this too and it always works. Disconnecting temporarily from things can change how we look at them.

Exactly. Resetting gives us an opportunity to get things on track and in perspective.

I am making it a habit to reset at specific intervals during the day. It takes a lot of effort. I have to leave myself notes.
