The 15th artist made a cut-out painting of the phrase "LET'S GO" with a landmark painted in every letter.
"Let's go, La Carlota" is the battle cry of the mayor and the Mangkasanon or La Carloteños towards success.
It could also an invitation to anyone to come to the small city of La Carlota to joining the fun and get lost in the crowd during the street dancing at the culminating day.
It is usually held every last Sunday of April or May 1 if it falls on Sunday.
