If you are an inventor and you can just create one invention that can change the entire world, what would it be?

During my childhood years, I have always chosen among these jobs: medical doctor, artist or inventor. As I grow up, this constantly changed. I guess it is really true that nothing is permanent but change. Given a chance to invent just one amazing invention, I would invent the time machine. I choose this because I need to personally experience how it feels to be cradled in my mom's loving arms. She died when I was 12 days. I've written this on my previous piece.
In addition, my dad worked 17 years abroad to be able to support me and my siblings too. I miss him so much. He was and still is my best friend, my confidant, my number one fan and critique. Since many say that the world is coming to an end soon, I would like to travel back to the time when there is peace.
Mechanics :
-Please do not choose the invention I already cited. As much as possible, think of something more unique to make it more exciting.
-Provide the reason why you choose to invent this material.
Thanks!

I don't bother to think any invention. We belong to latter days. I just live within my means, support my family and serve God. The end of world is nigh. Any invention couldn't stop it.
