I was taking a nap when a gallon of cheese ice cream came

well, I was nearing to fall asleep when my husband knocked on the door- the kind of knock when a landlady gets pissed off because the tenant has not paid yet I thought it was so important only to know he brought a gallon of ice cream. My dog was the first to react because he likes it very much. I looked at myself in the mirror. my tummy got a bit fat this time due to eating sweets and honey was one of them. I just finished my cup of greek yogurt so I decided to eat ice cream in the evening. Now, there is no hope I can get some sleep. I will leave later for a meeting.

yes. I try not to eat it everyday because of weight gain. Now, I skipped it along with my hubby. but my dog got a scoop of it.

i think it lasts for a week or so because we don't eat it often am afraid of health issues related to sugar.

@Janet357 we stopped giving ice cream to our dogs. It may cause diabetes, the vet said.
