Did Trump really say this? Or is it more "fake news"?

I read an article this morning saying that American President Donal Trump claimed yesterday to be building a wall in Colorado. But Colorado does not border Mexico, though it does border New Mexico, an American State.
I got my information from Huffington Post, which leans to the Left. I'd better check FOX News, which leans to the Right, to see if this really happened.
Had you heard about this?

@Torunn I wouldn't put that beyond him. Trump's election sometimes makes me think of "The Second Coming" by W.B. Yeats. There's a Sphinx image in that poem!
A shape with lion body and the head of a man,
A gaze blank and pitiless as the sun,
Is moving its slow thighs, while all about it
Reel shadows of the indignant desert birds.

The research psychologist in me would like to do a simple experiment examining the IQs of those who voted for Trump v. those who voted for Hillary. (Comparing one preexisting group to another is called a "quasi-experimental" design.) The odd thing is, I don't think the difference would be that great. In my heart of hearts, I still blame "political correctness," and its offensiveness to many Americans (myself included) for Trump's election. I also think Hillary's handlers "over-polished" her. As Bob Woodward said in "Fear," his book about Trump, Hillary seemed like she was lying even when she was telling the truth.

Sigh. I just checked FOX News (I don't trust most of the press--run by Commies, you know). Even they covered it.
President Trump caught flack on Wednesday after he boasted-- incorrectly-- that he is "building a beautiful wall" in Colorado, a state that does not border Mexico.

@TheHorse It's amusing and scary. Amusing that he said it; scary that I think he might be seriously considering it.

Huffington Post comes with quite a few fake news. In fact most of media around the world now a days are more into headline management rather than actual reporting. And if he has actually said so, it's ridiculous.

But I believe he may have actually said this. Even FOX News reported that he did.

@TheHorse Poor fellow! He again had his foo tin his mouth. Good that he apologized in time for his ignorance about Geaography of America. He has been quite much in news for his big mouth and media really targets him for everything that he misspeaks.
