It is true that a healthy body is the most important thing.
Without a healthy body, most things are impossible to do.
All you may do is to lie in bed all day long to get recover.
I do hope I could still be in fit in my forties or fifties.
Thus, I would do sports regularly. I take yoga lessons once a week. And I will do some exercises 2-3 times a week.
Of course, sometimes I'm lazy to do. But I try to convince myself to keep doing exercises which is good for my health.
Still, I try to eat more to reach the standard weight. But in the pass several years, it is below the standard weight. I'm much more worried about it.
So keeping a good health will make me believe that I can put on some weight.
In fact, I have kept putting on weight these years.

Glad you are in the right frame of mind for your life and it is true keeping fit and eating well is good for you- but too much weight is also not healthy.

yes, I'm not fond of eating meats. I mean all kinds of meat, but of course, I will have some just for the nutrition need.

I neglected my body for many years and finally at the age of 67 or 68 I finally did something. When the weather is nice I can go out and walk and I exercise 3 times a day at home and also started doing a walk video on the computer when I can and thanks to Dani here for suggesting something. I also have a bicycle stepper I can use underneath my computer. So, I have lost weight but would like to lose more and there are days I do not want to exercise but force myself to do it. I work very hard to not gain that weight back anymore.

So difficult for me to keep doing exercise. Cause sometimes I would like to stretch out on the sofa.
