I want to know the TOP 3 reasons you would always consider before you'd even sign that Job Offer in a particular company you're applying for. Would it be because of the Management, or of the Company's tenure, or the people within the company? Do you consider your "first impressions" the moment you get inside and wait for your interview, like how the Receptionist attended to your queries during your applications process or how their application process was?

Salary, compensation and benefits package, plus the location of the office.

The office location will matter a lot to me too. I don't wanna work for a company and end up being late most of the time because it's too far from where I live.

Initially, it would be location, hours, and pay. Once I have the job, other things might affect how long I stay - that would include the attitude of other people, flexibility, and anything else that would be personally relevant.
