A year ago, I'm one of those people who hate exercise but now, I've changed. My day won't be completed without at least 20 minutes of sweating.
At first, I'm just doing it to increase my metabolism and improve my digestion because I get constipated almost all my life. I really hate that feeling of being bloated that's why I decided to switch to a healthier lifestyle.
Right now, I feel more energetic, lighter and happier.

I got into exercise last year but I know I've slowed down a bit, I need to get back into it.
I will use this as motivation
