Into the Darkness Yet Again!

Oh no! It's that time of year again. Clocks go back this Sunday morning, November 3! Once again we'll be plunged into even further darkness and be facing a night sky at about 5 30 pm! Then it will slowly slide back in time to end on December 21st at about 4:30pm. This of course is for the Eastern Daylight Time Zone. Wah! wah! I really do hate this time and hope that one day (very soon) they will stop this practice. Yes, I know it does benefit farmers, etc. but I wish it wasn't so! Only way to escape it is to keep heading West haha! till it's over.

Yes, this weekend the clocks go back an hour. It's already getting dark at 5:30.

. I’m certainly not looking forward to the time change. Nothing worse than a cold dark day in my opinion.

@DianneN I checked and it must have been a rumour only. I thought if they did maybe we will follow. The EU though has already got rid of theirs. last March!

I have never believed it had a benefit for farmers. I would enjoy daylight savings all year and have that hour after work instead of in the morning.

I don't like when the clocks are changed. It's a bad idea.
