My husband wants to go fishing...

A friend of ours has told us that there is a place near our place where we can go fishing. Well, my husband and I have never tried fishing. So, after our Sunday meeting, we will go to a shop to buy a fishing rod and some more stuff that we need for fishing. Since it is a private, so we need to pay for the caught fish. But for a cheaper price. I like fishing as it is a relaxing hobby. So, I will try it next week. have you ever done fishing?

@Janet357 I had ponds in my locality before but now they are very scarce. All the water bodies have been filled to construct high rises.

I love fishing! You're right, it's very relaxing. Here in Canada (not sure if this applies to all of Canada), the Aboriginal and Metis people can keep unlimited amounts of fish for free (as long as they have their Status/Treaty Card). Anyways, I think you'll have fun, and I hope you do! I love the thrill of when a fish bites, and you're on the other end wondering what kind of fish it will be and if it'll be big or small.

@Janet357 Yum!! I wish I could catch salmon here. Instead, I have to pay $20 for a small amount that would only feed 1 or 2 people.

Oh I love fishing so much my favorite. I have been a few times through the years but most fishing was when I was a child. I hope you enjoy it.
