This is chimichanga from taqueria el Coral in San Jose.it is like a burrito but it is fried. This version is fanciful and does not have everything inside.it has cheese,al pastor, guacamole, lettuce and tomato. It is quite good.It comes with refried beans and rice.Ir is quite good.Have you ever had chimichanga or other Mexican food?

It is tasty.I indulge in a chimichanga once in a while. The frozen ones you get at the grocery store just don't compare.

This can be a pretty big portion, due to it being fried.Regular burrito is not fried so less fat.

I like the way their aqua plates contrast with the food.

It is a nice presentation.Harder to eat than when all the filling is in the tortilla.
