Day 92 Promise 123 1 Kings 17:8 And the word of the LORD came unto him, saying, 9 Arise, get thee to Zarephath, which belongs to Zidon, and dwell there: behold, I have commanded a widow woman there to sustain thee. 10 So he arose and went to Zarephath. And when he came to the gate of the city, behold, the widow woman was there gathering of sticks: and he called to her, and said, ‘Fetch me, I pray thee, a little water in a vessel, that I may drink.’ 11 And as she was going to fetch it, he called to her, and said, ‘Bring me, I pray thee, a morsel of bread in thine hand.’ 12 And she said, ‘As the LORD thy God lives, I have not a cake, but an handful of meal in a barrel, and a little oil in a cruse: and, behold, I am gathering two sticks, that I may go in and dress it for me and my son, that we may eat it, and die. 13 And Elijah said unto her, Fear not; go and do as thou hast said: but make me thereof a little cake first, and bring it unto me, and after make for thee and for thy son. 14 For thus says the LORD God of Israel, The barrel of meal shall not waste, neither shall the cruse of oil fail, until the day that the LORD sends rain upon the earth. 15 And she went and did according to the saying of Elijah: and she, and he, and her house, did eat many days. 16 And the barrel of meal wasted not, neither did the cruse of oil fail, according to the word of the LORD, which he spoke by Elijah. Many countries of the world face hunger. Organizations send relief to feed the hungry so they won’t die of starvation. Elijah told Ahab, king of Israel, it wouldn’t rain until God told him it would. God then took care of Elijah with food given to him by ravens and water from a brook until it dried up. God then sent him to a widow woman who was ready to make her last meal. Have you looked in your cupboards or refrigerator, and didn’t know how you were going to make something to eat with what was there, and looked at your funds and wondered how you were going to buy the food necessary so you could eat? Many cities have food pantries so people don’t go hungry, yet people still go hungry. Elijah told the widow woman to feed him first and when she did, she never ran out of flour or oil until it rained and she could get food again. God supplied the food she needed for herself, her household, and Elijah. David said he never saw the righteous forsaken or His seed begging bread. Psalm 37:25 I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread. (KJV) As Christians, when you put your faith and trust in God, He will supply everything you need. Philippians 4:19 But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. (KJV) When you put God first, He gives you everything you need. Let’s pray: Father, help me seek You first in everything in my life so I will know Your blessing. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen. It sounds like you have some very devout beliefs. I don't understand what you mean by" Only topic-related comments accepted." Doe that mean that only people of your faith should comment?

No. It means only those comments related to what the post was about. You do not need to share my faith or beliefs. If your comment is something unrelated to the post. I will delete it. But only on the daily Bible studies. Any other comment shows me the person didn't bother to read the post.
