My feet are feeling tired for the reason I don’t know exactly. Sign of aging, maybe? lol. But thankfully, I have a stock of Epsom salt that I can use to relieve the discomfort that I am feeling right now.
Epsom salt is also perfect to soothe muscle pain and exfoliate the skin. I swear by this product. Not sure though if other people who have tried it would agree with me.
Have you ever tried using Epsom salt?

Yes, and for the same reason. Tired and achy feet. It can also constipate you, so if you soak in it too long...

@freelancermariagrace Yep, really. A family member's doctor told him to soak his feet in it no longer than 30 minutes each night because of this.

Yes and I love it. It works so well for relaxing the muscles in a bath.

For tired feet, you just have to soak them in warm water with epsom salt. I haven’t tried it yet with other parts of my body. lol

This is the first time I heard using it for muscle and skin. I thought it was just a good use to help fish fight against their parasites.
