That looks very interesting. I don't think I'd like the cheese sauce on it. I have never seen a mexican restaurant put that kind of cheese sauce on anything. I was with my (now) ex boyfriend several months ago and we went to a restaurant. I ordered the guacamole and it was disgusting. The rest of the meal was okay but the guacamole was not what I was expecting at all. It was also a small town place.

I love guacamole.I make it too.But real guacamole does not have mayonnaise in it.That could make a difference on whether it tastes authentic or not.

I love Mexican food especially the chili con carne and burrito. But it is not cheap so I seldom dine in a Mexican restaurant.

It looks delicious. But I find Mexican food in general to be economical and delicious. It's my second favorite ethnic cuisine with Chinese being my first.
