Do you really need to send money to Ikobo in order to open an account with them? When they will send the card?

No, you can create an account with them even without sending money. If you will not receive money from other person, like to example mylot, you will not get the atm card (ikard). Again, you can have an ikobo account but you will not get your atm before somebody sends you money.
Whe mylot pays you, you will receive your card after 3-5 days.
