Okay, I'm not really big on correcting anybodies speech. I'm certainly no authority on writing or language. I've got to say something though. I'm really sick of the phrase, "throwing under the bus" or it's various permutations, "threw" etc... These days we hear it alot relative to the political controversy in the United States. Usually it's applied to various government, and political agents I find repulsive myself. However, none of the betrayals by the rats fleeing the ship, rise to the literal magnitude of being thrown under a bus, and sadly, the consequences of being thrown under said bus, seem not to last very long. If you think about it, It's a trivial commentary of the facts at hand, it's absurd enough that it's not taken seriously, certainly not as seriously as turning the greatest, and once freest democracies on Earth into a Fascist Dictatorship, fed by a cult of suckers. Lets find another word, or phrase, for when our government turns on each other.
