Do you use dental floss everyday?

I floss my teeth everyday. They say that tooth decay is associated to several health issues. Flossing may remove food particles that toothbrush cannot remove.
It keeps you hygienic and of course avoids the building up of plaque.
Do you floss your teeth everyday?

I know it's bad but I only floss once or twice a week.

Yep I floss on a daily basis. Sometimes multiple times a day (depending.)

yes ma'am, floss daily. many don't seem to recognize that bacteria'n the mouth can cause many health troubles. i've 'lways wondered why dental doesn't come 'nder ones health insurance? 'tis sure a vital component.
