Today afternoon I got the mail to my surprise.
"Your Replacement Phone is ready Please come to pick this as per your convenience"
It is about my phone which had some internal trouble last week and did not turn on.
I feel surprised and happy by the Apple Service. I was expecting this next week, but when I received the mail today I got surprised. I want to appreciate Apple's care for the service proactive effort to providing a new phone as a replacement.
Do you ever surprised by any product service and got thought they are up to the mark what they have promised.
