If you been traveled to Asia , what is the best place you fall in love with ?
My favourite place is Islands and beaches around South East Asia.
Here the list as below :
Thailand : Koh Samui / Koh Mook / Koh Tao
WHY ? Because these islands not too crowded but many natural places to explore. Especially Koh Tao, not just follow some tours to diving or snorkeling , but also suitable to snorkeling from the shores.
Thailand : Chumphon Pinnacles
WHY ? Chumphon Pinnacles is the places with traditional fisherman villages. Lifestyle there are slightly slower than other places. When travel to the village , definitely stay in the fisherman house. Not luxury, but fun to experience the basic lifestyle.
Malaysia : Gem Island / Kapas Island / Redang Island / Perhentian Island
WHY ? Maybe is because the transportation from capital city to the east coast of Malaysia is quite difficult , so these places lay on east coast shore remain naturally and beautiful . Good for snorkeling , diving . When I wish to relax on the white soft sandy beach and do nothing , there still the best places I could choose !
Now I still try to save some funds to plan for the next : Phillippines !
What your favorite places in Asia ?

I want to go traveling too. How do you finance it?

Finance always the most painful section to handle. We not richer , journey writing + trip planning to help readers customize their holiday is the major income that we could have with hardworking, but not stable. We used to travel with cheap cost, considered not luxury but free-style all the time. If you have stable job, go travel in low season will be the best way to save some cost . Some place might rain season as low season, but trust me, you won't meet the rain EVERYDAY ! But if moonsoon season, do not challenge this ! There are definitely big waves all the times !

@yoalldudes travel safely and have a great journey , thats the spirit of travel ! cheap accommodation for girls must check out the location 1st . not in alleys that no 7-11, or too quiet. 7-11 boss is smart enough to place their store someplace safe to open 24 hours. in case anything , there are some place to call for help too. so if go for budget trip, choose accommodation wisely.

Perhentian island is on my list, but I like Tioman Island too. Chenang beach in Langkawi is not bad as well.

Perhentian and Redang is worth to go together when you are traveling to there . Transportation to go Tioman is painful but really worth to spend some long vacation there . Especially snorkeling and diving around in Tioman . Chenang Beach in Langkawi is wonderful place to relax, the best way to travel in Langkawi will be self driving to sightseeing around . Don't miss the fisherman village !

you should definitely visit Philippines #biased
I don't really do snorkeling outside of my country so i cannot compare them.
So far, I like Japan/South Korea because it is clean and organized, and i like the weather - the colder ones only.

Japan and Korea is beautiful , but I always look at ditch when in Japan. I love there have koi in those water channel . Japan trips always go explore their historical building , but when in Korea always look for foods only !
You should try snorkeling in Thailand. There many interesting creatures at shallow water zone. octopus, squid, nemo, sea horse, green shy eels...etc. with close distance !

Thailand is good to go all time . But if you are looking for island vacation , try best to avoid the moonsoon season from end of Sep - Early of January . The moonsoon season come yearly and that is fierce enough to Malaysia and Thailand East Coast . Here the list for you as reference :
Malaysia East Coast : Perhentian Island / Redang Island / Kapas Island / Tioman Island
Thailand East Coast : Koh Samui / Koh Tao / Koh Phangan
Moonsoon season is different from raining season , the fact is that might not raining all the time but the ocean will be high tide most the time, fierce waves slam the shores.
Hope these could help you to plan your next journey !

@Viexin1881 oh. I see. Then maybe the island scenes won't be on the plan list. I don't want to get there during its rainy season. I would prefer not that much rain.

Yes I am ! Blue world is the most amazing place to explore ! About Phillippines, the 1st stop I want to go will be Whale Watching . I really want to see how people there make friends with these giants.
