Barry Manilow was born on June 17, 1943. He is an American singer, songwriter, arranger, musician and producer. He has had a career that has spanned more than 50 years. Manilow has recorded and released an amazing 46 Top 40 singles on the Adult Contemporary Chart and has released many multi-platinum albums. He has written and performed songs for musicals, films and commercials and produced and arranged albums for himself and others. He has sold more than 75 million records worldwide, making him one of the world's best-selling artists.
