I talked about making dates and dry fruits laddoos in my last post. Since I had to rush to work post that, I could not click the picture or post about it. So I am posting the picture. My children tasted it and they liked it. They had two each for their afternoon snacks and so did I. Made enough to fill a box. They can have it for coming few weeks. The picture is of my sweets. Generally laddoos are round balls but I changed the shape to flattened one this time Now I will get back to some folding of clothes and ironing them. I will go for a walk if my friend is available to walk. We need to have some lady chit chat . That freshens up the mood. I have not yet decided for dinner. My daughters have got invitation from their friends in neighborhood for pizza party. Actually they have pulled in money to have a party. They couldn't have it on Children's Day on 14 th November and are having it now. So it's only dinner for me and my husband. Will cook something simple and quick. Pizza party starts at 8 and so they have to finish their homework and studies before that. They are doing it. Elder one has her Chemistry test tomorrow. Hope everyone is having a good time

It's neither baked not fried. I just roasted almonds, cashews, pista, sesame seeds, peanuts with little ghee. Grinded apricot, dates and figs and then mixed all together and made them in that shape. My daughters are playful but very responsible.

They are very yummy too and nutritious. They are good for cold weather. The nuts and sesame seeds give a lot of warmth inside. Peanuts and sesame seeds are supposed to keep the body temperature warm.

@arunima25 It looks like a cookie in the picture. I am not familiar with laddoos. Are they like cookies? I hope you will get your walk in with your friend. That is nice and important. Pizza party sounded really good. How was it?
