under the weather

The last couple of days have found me feeling a bit...off. Not quite sure what's going on but I've done a little more sleeping and tried to be careful of what I'm eating in case food is the culprit. Today has found me a little more dizzy than usual. I had talked with my doctor the last time we met and she kept reminding me to drink more. She suspects, and I do, too, that I'm dehydrated. Today has been a day of more yogurt and more liquids.
I have a guest coming to visit tomorrow, so I really hope I'm feeling better. But it's not like I'll have to do much beyond sit and chat with her, so it should be all good. And while we'll be having some coffee, I'll make sure to have some water, too. That's never a bad idea, after all!

sure hope such's jest a bit 'f dehydration'n ya work quickly to remedy such, hon. knocks e'erythin' else out'ta balance. hope yer feelin' better now.

Coffee, like tea is diuretic and yes you need to drink lots of water when you drink coffee, coz it could dehydrate you.

Hope you feel much better tomorrow, I always have something next to me on the table while I am working online, I tend to get busy and forget to stop to get something to drink so I always have tea or juice on hand

Hope you feel better. I know not drinking enough water can have adverse effects that we probably wouldn't attribute to dehydration.

I always have to force myself to drink water. I hate the taste. So, there are times when I disguise water, such as with lemon juice or water enhancer. But to be honest, I like my iced tea and count the iced tea as my water intake.
