Literally a Fruit Cake....

It was my friend's birthday not too long ago and I wanted to make him something. And since he wants to eat healthy, I decided to make him a healthy cake. So I literally made him a Fruit Cake.
I looked online for some ideas. I used some of the ideas but didn't copy anything completely. It's not as good as I was hoping it would be but he was happy with it and that's all that mattered to me.
Was fun to make. Messy, but fun.
****photo is mine of the Fruit Cake I made****

@hereandthere Yes to everything except the mango. The star is rock-melon.

@myklj999 Unfortunately no. But picked out as many as I could find lol At least the grapes were seedless though!

Somehow the cold and dry winds do not let the full effects of cough and cold go away fully.

How did you get the star and grapes to stand up? Use a long toothpick?

She probably used a skewer. That would be long enough and thin enough.

@snowy22315 is correct. @JohnRoberts @hereandthere I pushed a skewer through each watermelon piece and added the grapes, blueberries and star rock-melon on top.

@Janet357 Thank you very much for your wonderful comment but no. All I did was use ideas from online. That's not good enough for my own business.

That is so clever, we have a company over here called Edible Arrangements that makes fruit type things like that.

@VivaLaDani13 Yours is pretty accomplished. I sent my parent's a Christmas gift, but maybe if it doesn't cost a fortune, I will send an edible arrangement for New Years. What sort of melon is that in the center? If it is watermelon how did you sculpt it?

@snowy22315 We have that over here too. I only found out about it quite recently. It's so cool what people come up with. I wish I knew how to do it like them!

@snowy22315 Thank you so much! And sounds like a nice idea for your parents too!
Yeah just watermelon for all 3 tiers. My dad helped me cutting the watermelon up but I basically used bowls and a cup to place over the watermelon and cut around it kinda like a stencil.

@VivaLaDani13 It was really nice! Just not sure how they managed to make the tomatoes stick together, as they were cut quite small.
