Hooray, it's Friday!

I'm not sure why I love Fridays so much, but I do. In fact, my favorite band of all time wrote a song about them called, "Friday, I'm in Love." That is so very true. I am in love with Fridays, because the weekend is right around the corner and full of so much promise and anticipation. You can daydream about sleeping in, lounging on the couch binge watching your favorite shows, or going out to the Farmer's Market early in the morning and seeing all of the wonderful treats it has to offer.
The weekend is full of possibilities and Friday is the precursor. We just have to get through one more day. It's 4 am here in California and my kids will be getting up in about 3 hours. That doesn't give me much time to sleep, but I will probably nap for a few after they are off at school. It is much easier for me to work when they are sleeping.

I will be going for dinner. Super tired as I am hosting lunch tomorrow and I am running on three jobs now

At the moment it makes no difference to me which day it is because i own a shop which is open seven days a week. It is therefore home to shop and shop to home daily routine with home just above the shop. Take holiday anytime it is necessary so all days are same.
But i was of the same opinion as you are when i was working full time with five and half working days a week.Fridays being half dsys. It was therefore anticipation of joy on weekends is what made you happy on friday and we all know anticipation of celebration is always better than the celebration itself.
