And they look great! Only 8 of them for like 8 people but I don't think everyone will have one. The recipe comes from the Momofuku Milk Bar baking cookbook but it is also easily found online. The traditional cream cheese filling has bacon and scallions but one of my coworkers is a vegetarian so I make the suggested alternative filling of cucumber and dill cream cheese.
I have to store them for tonight and then warm them up in the morning because they are best served that way. I am looking forward to having one in the morning!

@NJChicaa I was tempted to get something like that to make for breakfast tomorrow but I thought better not, we'll be eating heavier this week with Thanksgiving.
