How i started my day

Hello. I slept about 8 hours today and it's great. I didn't fall asleep very late. I woke up early. I was in the gym. I didn't stay there much because I don't want to be tired. Today I work a second shift at a boutique.
I bought a lot of fruit at the store. I bought beans and a salad for lunch.
I have been on a raw vegan diet for a while. I thought I lost a lot of weight. I checked my weight today. I just lost a pound and I look like I lost 10 kg. Maybe I gained some muscle mass? When I'm working in a boutique I'm physically active.
