How far are you from sudden death?

Death is a serious topic.
But have you ever thought that how far were you from sudden death?
In recent days, the news is all about the sudden death of an actor (who died at 27th this month)and death of a singer caused by depression.
It was said that the actor had worked for a whole day. From early morning to the midnight, and he almost knackered at the end of his life.
What a pity. He was only 37 years old.
At such a young age, I think that it was too late for him to see the most beautiful things in the world.
Then what's the left?
Maybe the sorrow for his family members or the close friends.
Nothing more.
Sometimes I will think over what am I chasing?
What makes me work so harder, even to neglect my health?
Some of us often neglect to make proper use of our bodies, thus more and more diseases show a younger trend.

When it's your time, it is just your time.
Yes, it is always a sad thing to know of someone's passing, especially at a young age. But that is the time given to him, nothing more.
Which makes us think of how brief life really is. Make the most of what you love today, and express your love to those who mean much to you,

So that should make us appreciate every single moment that we get. But we are so much blinded by other things that we fail to do so.
