Do you love fried potatoes?

I do but I can´t eat this food oftentimes. Maybe once a month although it is delicious. I didn´t do a lot of work peeling the potatoes, slicing and frying them. No, my hubby always buys the ready to fry potatoes in the box just in case he wants to eat this food. Today, we ate the fried potatoes with the filo wrapped meatloaf which I have made last night and vegetable salad for our lunch.
I had good news today. My niece informed me that she is going to invite my sister (her mother) to visit us next year. She will be accompanied by my cousin to come to Holland. She will be here during my birthday celebration in August next year. I hope all is well by then.

I really like fried potatoes, I like them with cheese.
Nowadays I don't like very much the french fried style..I don't know why that happened

We do slicing and peeling all the time. I slightly pre-fry sliced potato when I use them as ingredient majority of the time, they just taste better for us. I cooked chicken curry for lunch this morning and the potatoes were done as I described.

I know you're excited about seeing your family next year. I love to fry potatoes with carrots, onions, and bacon, then top them with cheese and sour cream.

Potato is rich in potassium. Yes, I do love fried potatoes, mashed potato, potato omelet, potato salad, and potatoes in mechado, caldereta and menudo.

I agree with you @eileenleyva. I also love potatoes but mostly pureed, dumpling, cook in German way and of course in Filipino food. Thank you and have a wonderful weekend.
