Christmas cards

I brought out my box of Christmas cards a few weeks ago but haven't written any yet. And today, December 1st, I already have received more cards than I did all of last Christmas season! People in our building have been sneaking around the hallways and pushing Christmas cards under our doors. I received another one this morning and the funny thing is that there's no name, just his/her apartment number! lol Must be one of Santa's elves! I'll be doing the same very soon. It's easy for me to ride the elevator up and down and deliver cards to different apartments. And I have my list of people to mail cards out to. One friend moved and has yet to give me her new address, so I'll wait to see if I receive a card from her and then send hers out. I love sending and receiving Christmas cards. Now I just need to find a pretty way to display them here, so I can enjoy them all season long! Peace Claudia

I don't know where you would go to get them, but there are tiny clothespins one can get, and then all one needs is a piece of string or even a ribbon to clip the cards onto. You could adhere the string to the wall anywhere you'd like. Or, if you have a string of lights on the wall somewhere, just clip them onto that. I don't get Christmas Cards.

@ScribbledAdNauseum I usually see those little clothespins for crafts at the Dollar tree.

@shaggin Thank you. I wanted to say the dollar tree, but I didn't want to lead her astray.

@ScribbledAdNauseum well this makes two votes for the Dollar Tree. I used to have a set but I didn't see them when I got my decorations out today so I must have got rid of them.

That is sooo sweet. The idea of doing something very thoughtful and the anonymity of it all is quite a refreshing combination.

I know, right? People in my building have not always been the friendliest sort, but these days they are all smiling and seem to be in giving moods. It's going to be a fun holiday season around here!

That's so neat the people in your building do that. I will be making one that I will mail to Courtlynn. Other then that I don't send out any.
