Feel Good Monday - Is it so?

Hi there. Good morning.
Today morning in radio I heard a phrase " Feel Good Monday". I am like is it so? I was never heard it before. Monday's are particularly when we need to go back to work after weekend are not gives a feel-good fellings. This Monday particular when it is raining heavily and the sorrounding with low visibility.
I felt luje, Let's sleep for some more time and leave work. But unfortunately I can't do so and I had to left for work.
Do you think feel good Monday is correct phrase?
How is your day upto now?

When I was younger there was always the so called Monday blues which means your body is still tired from the activities on the precious day.

I too not bothered by it. But due to shorten weekly its not a feel good Monday for me.
