do anyone know about an NGO that can provide anti-stuttering device to a person who cannot speak properly.

Hey im a sutterer, and ive heard of some anti stuttering devices which you put on your ear and that helps you but its only avialable in America and it doesnt help you all the time but i cant remember the actual name or anything because most of the times its useless
