There are days that I don’t feel pain in every parts of my body, especially my arms which almost do the work for me. So I ask the boyfriend to buy me a Menthol patches (Salonpas) that helps somehow ease the pain. Sometimes I would like to have a massage. Do you use Menthol patches too? Photo is mine.

I don't use patches, although I apply menthol ointment (katinko). But what eases pain especially backpain is my massage therapy.

Most of them has some kind of psychological effect on you and does not really relieve the pain but it works wonder temporarily relieving you of the pain.

I like to put salonpas in my back at night but I see to it that I do not smell like salonpas when it's time to talk to clients on my shop lol, some people get turned off by the smell although personally I like it.

@JustBhem haha... " Amoy salonpas" ( the distinctive smell of salonpas). Wait don't shower right away, Filipinos have a belief that you should not take a bath after a massage, same with patches cause pores are still open so cold and water would get inside your body.

This is the first time that I've heard of the menthol patch. I know Salonpas but not that name.

Any sort of pain relievers are not good for the body you should avoid them as far as possible, Instead I would suggest you follow the daily routine of body excises or at least couple of kms. walk. that will help you relieve your pain.

You should try some magnesium oil spray. And also so.e magnesium citrate pills. If everything else fails let me know.
