There are days that I don’t feel pain in every parts of my body, especially my arms which almost do the work for me.
So I ask the boyfriend to buy me a Menthol patches (Salonpas) that helps somehow ease the pain. Sometimes I would like to have a massage.
Do you use Menthol patches too?
Photo is mine.

I don't use patches, although I apply menthol ointment (katinko). But what eases pain especially backpain is my massage therapy.

I like to put salonpas in my back at night but I see to it that I do not smell like salonpas when it's time to talk to clients on my shop lol, some people get turned off by the smell although personally I like it.

@JustBhem haha... " Amoy salonpas" ( the distinctive smell of salonpas). Wait don't shower right away, Filipinos have a belief that you should not take a bath after a massage, same with patches cause pores are still open so cold and water would get inside your body.

This is the first time that I've heard of the menthol patch. I know Salonpas but not that name.

If everything else fails let me know.
