I have to avoid all kind of stress.

Hello good afternoon friends finally I have my reports now and cause of my headache is I have a lots of stress so that's why my headache is not gone. so doctor advised to me that I do not have to take any kind of stress and do some little bit yoga and listen some light music and they give me some 5 days meds also. so I am looking forward these medicines now and follow doctors description and advise.

When I am stress I usually with turn off my computer and start watching some cheerful cartoons. Steven Universe, We Bare Bears, Chowder, Mr. Magoo, Teen Titan Go, Dexter's Laboratory are my favorites and they are good to reduce stress. They work for me, maybe on you too.

That is very hard to avoid stress. I hope what the doctor suggested will help. How about breathing exercises.

Yoga and music are good stress relievers. Also quiet meditation like breath counting can help calm you.

Stress is sometimes caused by what you eat. Deep breathing helps. Also taking 10 minutes in the morning to meditate for a little bit helps. Magnesium citrate might help calm the nerves as well.
