Problem with my browser.

I don't see how anyone can help you without knowing what browser you are having trouble with and on what platform. Clearly it's not Chrome and it seems that you are using it 'on your phone', but is it Android or Apple and what version? What anti-virus are you using (if any)? ... and, if not, why not? How much RAM do you have? What sites can't you access? What error messages do you get (if any)?

What is the alternative browser you are using? Did you check if there are any updates? You can also try to uninstall and reinstall and tell us what happens. You can also restart your device and modem.

Is your system genuine? If yes then you can download and instal again if not use only crome.

If the clearing don't work. Sadly, you could re install them.

Have you tried to reinstall your web browser? Usually reinstalling can fix some minor problems. But if after reinstalling the problem doesn't go away, you can try Malwarebyte. It is freemium software. You don't need to pay the extra features because the free one is already good enough for fixing most of the Internet issues. I use it a lot, it never fails so far. I run it once every several months. I usually uninstall it after it fixes the problems. I don't like software keep running on the memory if I don't need it anymore.

Oh! I am not an expert for such things. I turn to my husband or elder daughter for any technical glitch. I am a real dumb. Hope someone can help.
