Hello. I feel sad since my plans for work ended. I don't know if these are symptoms of depression. I'll go out this evening and i hope my mood will be better.
I need to talk with my doctor. I feel sad but i am going out. Yesterday i went to other city, today i will meet my friend. Maybe it's normal to be sad. I hope i will have a talk with my doctor.
I slept long today. Now I've made a coffee. I was at house of my uncle yesterday in another city. How do you spend your day?

It is normal to be sad sometimes, but if it continues it could be a depression. If you think you might have a depression it is a good idea to talk to your doctor about it.

@Moon24 I also use antidepressants. I mostly need them for my depression, but they also make me less anxious. Hopefully your doctor can help.

Sadness is very normal, my friend! Rather, it's good to be sad sometimes as it gives you a whole new perspective towards life. But prolonged sadness is bad! So if it is prolonged for you, get a professional help! Otherwise, nothing to worry about it! Cheers!
