Back from the counselor

As always it was a good session. She gave me some good ideas as to how to deal with the situation with my ex-husband. She also helped me to see things in the past in a different light. I always feel better when I am walking out of there than I did when I walked in.
Next session is in 2 weeks on Mon Dec 23.

That is one thing that counseling can do for you, give you the perspective to see things in a different light.
