I like tuna. I could have tuna every day for lunch.
However, experts say to not have more than 2 cans a week. This is due to mercury poisoning.
Do you listen to the experts?
Do you have more than 2 cans a week and forget what the experts say?
Thanks!

A few days ago, I learned a new tuna salad recipe and am now addicted to the new recipe!

@DianneN In the recipe, there is no mayonnaise. There is no egg. The new recipe uses sour cream, mustard, relish, lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper along with 3 cans of tuna. The trick is to leave the mixture in a container in the fridge for 24 hours.

I love tuna, too. I used to buy the cans when I had a cat that loved the water in the can. Now I buy the envelopes (I actually like the taste better, and feel like I'm getting a better value for my money). I also love to buy the frozen tuna filets, and salmon filets. I do get concerned when I hear reports of mercury poisoning, and I think anyone who is pregnant should probably avoid it. I'm willing to take that risk for myself, though, especially when considering alternatives.

If you listen to experts, there is nothing you are allowed to eat except kale.
