The song “Rosalie” might not be in English but it has a wonderful melody and beat to it. The song is sung by G.G. Anderson who is a German composer. I know bits and pieces of German so it is interesting when I listen to this song that I can understand some words like liebe which is love and schlafen meaning to sleep. He sings to a girl named Rosalie and tells her that he loves her but won’t sleep with her even though he is very attracted to her. I really like German songs that sing about love and another language that sounds very romantic are songs in Italian.

@thelme55 is it that they don't play German schlager on the radio or that you don't listen to it much?

@Marty1 it is light-hearted music that can be about any subject at all. We have Latvian schlagers too when I lived in Latvia.
