Neither Surprised,Nor Shocked

Friends, I come here everyday and interact for about one hour.Everyday I receive some comments and respond to them.Everyday I increase my earnings by a few pennies or cents.But today I have no notification .Not even a single.
I'm neither surprised,nor shocked.Since 24th of November I have not started any discussion.Everyday I interact with only a few users with whom I have created threads.Most of these users are now busy elsewhere and are not coming here.Besides interaction I try my best to view new discussions and respond to them.But due to my busy schedule I can't view more than two or three new posts.Sometimes my responses receive comments and sometimes end up receiving likes only.
How can I expect a lot of notifications everyday??
That's why I am neither surprised,nor shocked.
Let me see if this discussion receives any responses or not.

I am happy to see another discussion from you. Sometimes it is hard to find time for myLot. When I am very busy I am not here at all and sometimes I am away for a month or more, but it is always nice to come back

@Shivram59 I also missed talking to you I think this year passed so fast. I am going on a short vacation at the end of December and I look forward to relaxing a bit. I know I missed many of the new discussions my friends posted, but I hope to read some of them during my vacation.

@Porcospino I have been very busy this month.Although I come here everyday,but only to interact.I view some posts and respond to them.All this I do within one hour.

I take long breaks from the site but when I come back I usually post two discussions and post on those of other people that I find interesting. The notifications soon start coming in. I think you have to respond to many discussions if you want to see those comments coming in.

@sprite1950 I try my best to view and respond to as many discussions as I can in the limited time I get.At night once again I visit discussions,but by that time I get completely exhausted and can't view more than two or three.Lack of time is my problem.

@sprite1950 Absolutely right.To receive comments you need to interact.To interact you have to respond to a lot of posts. And it is possible only if you have a lot of time.

Maybe you have to post more discussions once in a while. That's what I do whenever I have time for MyLot.

@Alexandoy I too want to post at least one discussion everyday,but lack of ideas has been my problem.I don't was to my day-to-day activities topics of my posts. Due to lack of ideas I can't start discussions everyday.My last discussion was started more than one month back.

Responses and likes and views are the only way you get paid here. You do not get paid for making a comment and you do not get paid for posting something. You get paid on what those posts and comments produce in the way of interactions.
Take this like and response I just made to you. You get paid for it. Not me. I only get paid if you respond back to me and like my comment.

I have many obligations, so I have days that I am not here. Other days time might be limited, and I am just sort of hit and miss. Sometimes we think a topic we post will be interesting to many, and it's not. It's just a guessing game in a way, comment a lot on people's posts and interact on the topics you are interested in. That seems to be the best way, at least it is for me.

@MarieCoyle Something the same happens with me.I initiated posts with expectations of a lot of responses;but ended up receiving just less than ten.Now I don't expect.I just start discussions and forget.I focus on commenting on posts.This perhaps is the right way to hit the payout mark.Mylot is all about interaction.
